Article 1 — Purpose

These general terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between SASU DEVWISP and its customers for the provision of software code generation services.

Article 2 — Services

Devwisp offers three plans:

  • Essential (€19/month) — Individual licence, rental only
  • Pro (€99/month) — Corporate licence, rental and direct purchase
  • Premium (€199/month) — Corporate licence, VIP priority, rental and direct purchase

Article 3 — Code Ownership

Generated code can be rented or purchased depending on the chosen plan. After three years of continuous rental, the code becomes the full property of the customer.

Article 4 — Payment

Payment is made monthly by credit card through our secure payment provider (Stripe). Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes.
